Overview

The Project

Workspace Health came to us with an existing React Native MVP that was bleeding engineers and shipping slowly. We rebuilt the entire mobile experience in FlutterFlow, with a Supabase backend and OpenAI-powered weekly summaries. The full launch — including App Store and Play Store submission — took six weeks from kickoff.

The Problem

What we walked into

The original RN codebase had grown organically through three contractors. Build times were 12+ minutes, the iOS pipeline broke weekly, and onboarding a new engineer took two weeks before they could ship. With Series-A diligence approaching, the team needed to demonstrate velocity, not technical debt.

What we built

We replatformed in FlutterFlow with a clean Supabase schema and a small Dart custom-code library for the bits FlutterFlow couldn't express (HealthKit / Google Fit integration, animated breathing visualisation). The team's product manager was able to edit screens in FlutterFlow herself by week three.
