The Problem

What we walked into

Many athletes struggle to find people to play with outside organized leagues or clubs. Existing platforms often focus on professional competitions or require long-term commitments, making casual sports difficult to organize. The client wanted a platform that could: Help users discover pickup games happening nearby. Allow players to host and manage their own sports events. Support multiple sports within a single application. Make joining games quick and hassle-free. Build local sports communities through meaningful connections. Provide a simple, mobile-first experience for athletes of every skill level. The challenge wasn't just creating an event booking platform. It was building a community where people could easily connect, compete, and stay active whenever they wanted.
